Here are the Dryland workouts for the week. For all Elites and any Intermediates that would like to give it a try.

Due to the current policies set by the local school districts we will be suspending the remainder of the winter season. The Banquet will be rescheduled once we are back to school. Summer registration will be opening soon, information will be sent via email, text, and website post.

Dear Family,

In and effort to contain and prevent any cross contamination of school, It has been decided by the Watkins Glen CSD to only allow Watkins Glen students to participate in activities on the Watkins Glen campus.

Therefore the Black and Red meet along with all practices are limited to Watkins Glen Students and parents only. At the moment there is no indication as to how long this containment will be in effect. Once I have more information I will pass it along to you. I am sorry about this but I do understand and agree with the decision to close practices and competitions.

Gator Nation, We need your help!

As many of you are aware the 13 and Over Niagara District Championship (GOLD) Meet has been cancelled. We had three qualifiers for that meet, 2 of which are first time qualifiers. These young ladies have been training for this specific meet for 6 months. As you can imagine the girls are disappointed but understanding with the situation.

In an effort to reward them and the rest of our Gator athletes for all the hard work they have put in; I would like to run a two day meet on Friday and Saturday called the Glen Gator Red and Black Meet. There will be events for everyone with the major hype on the Gold Swimmers Events with music, walkouts and announcing.

What I am asking of all our loyal supporters:

1. Sign up for the meet by going to your parent portal and declare your intent to attend, the more the better. DUE BY 10:00PM tonight

2. Wear Red, Black, or White

3. Bring noise makers, cow bells, anything that will get the kids fired up, – NO AIR HORNS OR WHISTLES

4. Bring as much energy as possible so we can create a Finals atmosphere for the kids.

Timeline:

Friday – 6:00pm-8:00pm all groups

Saturday – 12:00pm – 2:00pm all groups

Events list is attached – Event #’s 1-10 are on Friday night, all other events are on Saturday.

Let’s make this special for the kids and show how great this program is. Bring Friends and Family to support the athletes and make as much noise as possible.

Entry deadline is February 8th.

If your son is a varsity swimmer: times swam in IAC and Sectional Championships can be entered at a later time. Initial entries must be submitted by February 8th.
