Attached is the Elite practice schedule for December 28th through January 2nd.

Most optional practices will not have coaching on deck or in the weight room. Tuesday and Thursday optional practices can be done anytime between the times listed. There will not be coaching on deck on Tuesday and Thursday at Healthworks. You can pick a workout from the website.

An updated January schedule will be posted on the website very soon.

Healthworks is closed today so there will be no swimming practices this afternoon.

The golf course does not plow their driveway, therefore, we will not be having our workout at the golf course this afternoon.

We will still be holding practice at the Community Center today from 5:30pm-6:30pm.
