Attached is a copy of the Healthworks Schedule for the coming week. We will be back in the Community Center on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Wednesday the Community Center workout is cancelled.

Attached is the Schedule for the upcoming week. If you need a change or cannot make it please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Also, I wanted to remind everyone that the Community Center workouts on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday are cancelled this week. We will resume our regular schedule at the Community Center on Saturday the 23rd.

Attached is the Elite practice schedule for December 28th through January 2nd.

Most optional practices will not have coaching on deck or in the weight room. Tuesday and Thursday optional practices can be done anytime between the times listed. There will not be coaching on deck on Tuesday and Thursday at Healthworks. You can pick a workout from the website.

An updated January schedule will be posted on the website very soon.
